Satavisa Lahiri

Satavisa is 31 years old, with learning disabilities and indistinct speech from Kolkata. She has found enormous learning by assisting a drawing teacher in school before COVID. Satavisa uses all mediums - pencil/pen sketch, water colour and fabric/oil paintings. She loves nature – its tranquility, serenity and beauty.

Drawing to her is like breathing.

Sayan Goswami

Sayan(Arko), 13 years old nonverbal autistic artist living in Bangalore. He finds solace and expression through vibrant hues and textures. Self taught, his art blooms from a deep love for nature, inspired by the serene palette of the sky, river and trees. Winner of various national art contests and recipient of gold medal in best 'nature art' from CREATIVE KIDS: India's Biggest Talent Hunt for Child Artist. His art works have been showcased in esteemed art galleries like State Gallery of Hyderabad, Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, and Manikarnika Art Gallery.Recently, Selected as AFI Fellow 2024 he got an opportunity to exhibit at India Inclusion Summit 2024.His work spanning abstract expressionism, geometrical patterns, abstract floral and landscape captivates with its heartfelt exploration of colour and form.

A 22-year-old, blessed with Down syndrome, he is trained in drawing and painting. He learns photography online and is a brown Senior Belt in Karate. His work has been exhibited and awarded in many national and international exhibitions. He enjoys Madhubani and Mandala artwork. He is based in Ahmedabad.

Art makes him happy and calm.

Shaurya Malhotra

He is 35 years old living in Gurugram and blessed with Down syndrome. He is a proud potter and artist. He paints with different mediums like acrylic paints, pastels, pens and crayons on either canvas, paper or board. His work symbolizes his take on the world around him and how he relates to it.

Art is the medium of expression of his feelings and emotions.

Shreyas Rajagopal

Shreyas is an ever-happy, 16 year old Autistic artist from Mumbai. He loves to draw Mandala, Warli art forms with a pen. He also loves to work with oil pastels and more recently acrylic colours. Creating art around festival themes and deities (Ganapati being his favoured) gives him a lot of joy. His budding talent is currently being honed by his tutors.

Art keeps Shreyas happy all the time.

Swaminathan Manivannan

Swami is a 36-year-old, self- taught line artist with autism living in Chennai. He likes to draw geometric shapes and designs and can translate any image into meticulous art. His works have appeared on logos, calendars, as paintings at corporate offices and in corporate brochures.

Art is a way of life for Swami.

Varun Naren

An infectious smile and sense of humour belie the Fragile X syndrome of this 22-year-old. He draws caricatures, doodles and interprets masterpieces through bright colours and bold strokes. Varun also enjoys baking, coding, photography, singing and dancing. He lives in Mumbai.
